Hi! I'm Anya Moller: The Color Whisperer You’ve Been Looking For!

Born and raised in Seattle, I’ve been surrounded by the city’s ever-changing hues, and it's safe to say I’ve always had an eye for color. I founded Anya Moller Color Design in 2009 after spending 18 years honing my expertise at The Sherwin Williams Company, and I’ve been obsessed with color ever since. With over two decades of experience in color theory and design, I’ve become a trusted expert in transforming interiors and exteriors by harnessing the power of paint. Here’s what makes me unique: I don’t just know color – I live color. From the first time I dipped my brush into paint as a child, I’ve been captivated by how the right shade can set the mood, tell a story, and elevate any environment. Whether it’s a cozy interior, an energizing office, or a dramatic exterior, I thrive on finding the perfect palette for every project.

I blend the science of color psychology and theory with a keen, intuitive understanding of what each project needs. After 20 years of studying how colors work together and evolve with trends, I’m not just up-to-date with what’s hot – I’m always thinking about how colors influence a space and, more importantly, how they influence you.

As a true Seattle native, I know how the Pacific Northwest’s natural beauty and unique neighborhoods call for thoughtful, intentional color choices. I understand how the ever-shifting light and landscape here can transform a space. My mission? To create harmony, personality, and style – whether it's through subtle tones that bring peace or bold shades that make a statement.

And when I’m not obsessing over swatches or creating color palettes for clients, you’ll find me chasing new inspiration. I paint with watercolors and acrylics in my art studio, snowboard, paddleboard, garden, work out at the gym, hike with my dog, roam around my city and the gorgeous PNW, and travel (color research never stops).
